Hi! I am Jake DeLeo.

My passion for real estate can be traced back to my pre-proessional days. Whether as a teenager sitting in the car with my realtor grandparents or partaking in intensive real estate marketing classes while at Stony Brook University, I’ve been on a real estate path from the start. The reason? I love getting people excited about the things that make me excited. For the last 7 years that has been everything in real estate.

Outside the real estate office, I am committed to educating other young agents. I have become an expert in residential homes and condos on Long Island and am always happy to meet with prospective clients over coffee or ice cream to offer complimentary advice before they begin the journey of buying or selling their homes. If you challenge me to a community trivia contest, I will win! I am currently trying to train my dogs, but that has proven to be one of the more difficult tasks I have embarked on. Eating healthy and getting some exercise outdoors is something that those around me tell me I am also obsessed with, so don’t be surprised if I end up taking you for a walk to celebrate the sale or purchase of your home.
